Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor injection moulding machines as per SOP and process parameters. - Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and moulding defects. - Support mould change, machine setup, trials, and preventive maintenance activities. - Monitor production, quality, rejection, and machine downtime. - Maintain production records and follow cleanroom procedures. - Follow safety, 5S, GMP/quality requirements and maintain positive housekeeping. - Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Tool & Die or related discipline. - CIPET Diploma candidates preferred.

Experience
1–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding / Machine Maintenance. - Experience in cleanroom, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Skills
Basic knowledge of Injection Moulding machines and moulds. - Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills. - Knowledge of injection moulding defects and process parameters. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
