Timely completion of backend and frontend deliverables with zero critical defects
Drive architectural decisions for microservices-based systems using Java Spring Boot.
Implement distributed application runtime (Dapr) for service-to-service communication.
Leverage Temporal for workflow orchestration and reliability.
Design and optimize data storage using YugabyteDB for distributed SQL capabilities.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.
Work closely with solution architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
Participate in technology roadmap planning and budgeting.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
Contribution to technology improvements and process optimization
Robust proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related backend frameworks.
Experience with up-to-date frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Proven experience in architecting and scaling microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience with Dapr for distributed application runtime.
Experience with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
Knowledge of YugabyteDB or similar distributed SQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
