Role: Intern – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Stipend: 20 K per month
Educational Qualification
Graduation in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or holding an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) or a Diploma in IPR.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in IPR Portfolio Management, including maintaining and updating records of intellectual property assets.
Support IPR procedural formalities related to the protection and prosecution of intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable IPR Acts and Rules.
Assist in patent and design registration activities and copyright-related matters.
Research and prepare illustrations and summaries of relevant Patent, Design, and Copyright case laws.
Support vetting and review of agreements related to intellectual property.
Assist in managing external law firm invoices,



coordinating with the Finance team, and maintaining related records.
Support other legal, research, documentation, and administrative activities related to Intellectual Property Rights.
Preferred Skills and Experience
LL.M. in IPR or a Diploma in IPR.
Prior internship or work experience with an IP law firm or an in-house IP Cell.
Basic understanding of intellectual property laws, including Patents, Designs, and Copyright.
Robust legal research, drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
