Role Description The Event Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role supports the planning and execution of events by coordinating logistics, assisting with vendor and venue communication, and helping prepare event materials. Daily responsibilities include maintaining event timelines, organizing documentation, managing guest lists, and providing on-ground support during events to ensure smooth operations.

The Event

Assistant will also collaborate with the broader event team to handle client requests, troubleshoot issues in real time,



and contribute to post-event follow-ups and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, guests, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and Event Management skills to support end-to-end coordination and execution of events.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and documentation efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site during flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and comfort with learning new software.
