Position: Estimation Engineer

Location: Greater Noida & Kolkata (2 job openings )

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Industry: Construction | Consultancy | PMC

Key RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with robust expertise in Cost Estimation, Quantity Take-Off, and Quantity Surveying, with relevant experience in:

- Residential Buildings

-Non-Residential & Institutional Buildings

-Roads & Infrastructure Projects

-Stadiums & Sports Complexes

Essential Skills

- Preparation of detailed project estimates and BOQs.
- Quantity Take-Off, Rate Analysis, and Costing.
- Knowledge of DSR/SOR, market rates, specifications, and tender documents.
- Ability to independently handle estimation assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related software/tools.




- Experience in consultancy or PMC organizations will be an added advantage.
