Summary

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive engineering support by developing and implementing technical solutions that address complex challenges. The role requires working collaboratively across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. This position demands a practical approach to problem-solving, integrating scientific principles and socio-economic considerations to meet business goals effectively.

The practitioner engages with multiple teams to ensure seamless delivery of engineering services, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the coordination of engineering activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance technical capabilities and professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate engineering processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- Robust understanding of wireless communication principles and network architecture.
- Experience with network design, optimization, and troubleshooting in wireless environments.
- Familiarity with technical management and configuration processes related to wireless systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
