Description-

Experience: 12 + years overall technology / consulting (EA requires sufficient breadth, maturity and credibility)

- Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Communication: Solid verbal, written and presentation skills
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect technology decisions to business drivers, KPIs, customer value and outcomes
- AI Fluency: Practical understanding of GenAI / LLM concepts and emerging agentic AI
- Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform experience
- Experience with one or more Adobe solutions; experience with other Digital Marketing platforms

Critical (hands-on required, in 3 or more) · Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (not requited, nice to have) -Sites, Assets, Headless, Cloud Service (4+ years hands-on)





· Enterprise architecture across three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solution categories

· Cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

· Microservices, API-first / composable architecture design

· Client-facing consulting and executive (CMO/CIO/CTO) stakeholder management

· Pre-sales solutioning -RFP/RFI response, effort estimation, architecture proposals

Important (knowledge/exposure preferred)

· Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Real-Time CDP -Or equivalent competitor experience

· Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Campaign (cross-channel orchestration)-Or equivalent competitor experience

· CRM integration experience (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP/data platform integration

· Frontend frameworks (React/SPA) and REST / event-driven integration patterns
