We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware development, C++, Windows, and SQL.

Experience with Agenti AI is a plus. You will be responsible for managing engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development of firmware and software solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in C++, C#, and OOPS.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Windows environments.
- Experience in firmware and embedded systems development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience with HP or Mphasis an HP Company is preferred. Note: This position does not allow for work from home or relocation.
