Role Description The CMP Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tijara,



responsible for managing and optimizing Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) processes within manufacturing operations. Daily activities include monitoring CMP equipment performance, conducting process analysis, and implementing adjustments to improve yield, quality, and throughput. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues, develop standard operating procedures, and ensure adherence to safety and industry standards.

The CMP Engineer will also support recent product introductions, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare technical documentation and reports for internal stakeholders
