- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for roles in Embedded Software, Semiconductor Design, and VLSI Engineering.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems industry.
- Assist in onboarding current hires and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
