About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Education, EdTech, or a client-service environment who can independently coordinate projects from client onboarding to project completion and offboarding including college/university decision-makers, management, placement teams, training & development teams, and other institutional stakeholders The person should be able to understand client requirements, define realistic timelines, determine the resources required for a project, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure timely delivery.

Our key service offering to institutions will include digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content, creative and other digital marketing activities.

You will work closely with institutional clients, Sales, Marketing and execution teams to ensure projects are planned and delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete client project lifecycle – onboarding, execution, review and offboarding.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project deliverables.




- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery schedules.
- Assess project requirements and determine the number and type of resources required for execution.
- Coordinate with Marketing (SEO, PPC, Content, Creative, Social Media), Sales and other internal teams.
- Understand the scope of digital marketing services and coordinate their execution based on client requirements.
- Set realistic timelines based on scope, resources and dependencies.
- Coordinate with clients regularly, provide updates and manage follow-ups.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, dependencies and project progress.
- Identify delays, resource gaps or execution issues and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with Sales during client handover and ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports and client records.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed scope and timelines.
- Coordinate project closure and client offboarding when the engagement is completed.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Management and Client Servicing, or similar role.
- Experience in Education/EdTech is preferred,



but candidates from other client-service industries can also apply.
- Experience in communication with college/university decision-makers, management, placement teams, training & development teams, and other institutional stakeholders.
- Experience managing client onboarding and project execution.
- Ability to understand project scope and decide resources, responsibilities and timelines required for delivery.
- Experience coordinating multiple internal teams to deliver client requirements.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Content and Creative.
- Solid client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.

ImportantThis is a client-facing Project Management role, not a student counselling or individual sales role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project after the sale and answer questions such as:

What needs to be delivered? → Who needs to work on it? → How many resources are required? → What timeline is realistic? → How will the teams execute it? → How will the client be updated? → How do we close the project?
