Be Practical Tech Solutions is looking for confident, motivated, and target-oriented Educational Counselors to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable career-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with students and working professionals through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates’ career goals, aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Counsel prospective learners on suitable career-focused programs.
- Handle counselling calls, leads, follow-ups, and learner queries.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and professionals.
- Convert genuine career interest into successful enrollments.
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to overall team growth.

Eligibility & Skills
- MBA / B.Tech graduates with strong communication skills.
- 0–5 years of experience in Educational Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or related fields.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in career counselling are welcome.




- Strong interpersonal, counselling, negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset.
- English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Knowledge of any additional Indian language will be an added advantage.
