We are looking for an E-commerce Expert to manage and grow the brand's presence across major marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.

You will be responsible for managing product listings, improving visibility and conversions, monitoring sales performance, and executing marketplace strategies. Success in this role means stronger marketplace sales, better product visibility, well-optimised listings, and consistent growth across channels.

This is an office-based role in Gandhinagar, working closely with our team to build and scale our D2C business.

Responsibilities

- Manage Munchful’s Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts.
- Create, optimise and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images and keywords.
- Monitor sales, orders, pricing, inventory and marketplace performance.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers and campaigns.
- Improve product rankings, visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyse marketplace data and identify opportunities for sales growth.




- Coordinate with creative and operations teams for listings, inventory and promotions.
- Monitor competitors, pricing and marketplace trends.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Ensure product information, pricing and catalogue details remain accurate.

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
- Experience with Flipkart and Meesho is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of product listings, marketplace SEO and online sales.
- Comfortable working with sales data, Excel/Google Sheets and reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and ownership of work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
