They also manage the Pathology business in more than 15 Hospitals in these cities.

Jiva Hospital's services are well supported by a robust ICU, Level 3 NICU and advanced diagnostic services.

The Hospital's surgical infrastructure is planned around modern operating rooms, appropriate anaesthesia and monitoring systems, contemporary surgical equipment, recovery facilities and carefully designed pre-operative and post-operative patient pathways.

The hospital is going to commence operations in the month of November 2026.

Role Description

Consultants - The hospital is looking for Full Time and Part Time Consultants in the fields of Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Cosmetic Surgery, Anesthesia, Critical Care and Radiology. The doctors would be paid MG or their earned Fee whichever is higher. The MG would depend on the number of hours for which they are engaged on daily or monthly basis.

Ideal

Candidates would be those who are either based in or around Purnia or wish to settle in that part.

Nursing and OT - The hospital is in the process of hiring Nursing Superintendant,



Infection Control Nurse and other nursing staff. The nursing staff should have exposure in Gynecology / Critical Care / Surgical Ward / OT. Ideal Candidates must have necessary qualifications, licence and relevant experience.

Paramedical - We are looking for Technicians in the field of Radiology, Pathology, OT, CSSD. Ideal candidates must possess minimum Diploma / Degree in concerned field

Administration - We are looking for candidates in the fields of Patient Care Services, Reception Staff, Billing Staff, Accounts, IT, Insurance Desk, Marketing, Operations, Purchase, Pharmacy, Stores. The ideal candidates would be those who have good communication skills, computer profiency, strong command over English language and pleasing personality.

Qualifications for Doctors

- Relevant medical or healthcare qualification (e.g., MBBS, nursing degree, allied health certification) from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in patient assessment, basic procedures, and emergency response.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care across departments.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical medical practice.
- Willingness to work full time on-site in Purnia, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Experience in hospital settings and familiarity with electronic or paper-based medical record systems is an advantage.
