We are seeking a dynamic and driven recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our employer brand
- Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding outstanding talent

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / Postgraduate Degree (MBA Preferred)
- 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience especially in Non-IT Corporate Roles from BFSI domain
- Sourcing through various channels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
