nAbout the Role
nWe are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Field Sales team in Ahmedabad.
nThis is a target-oriented sales role involving B2C sales, field sales, lead conversion, client meetings, sales presentations, negotiation and closing. You will work directly with property owners/sellers, understand their requirements and recommend the right Cleardeals plans and services.
nKey Responsibilities

- Meet property owners and prospects across Ahmedabad.n
- Generate, follow up and convert sales leads.n
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant plans/services.n
- Handle queries, objections and negotiations.n
- Drive sales, upselling and closures.n




- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM.n
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.n

nRequirements
n
- n
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Field Sales preferred.n
- B2C sales experience preferred.n
- Graduate in any discipline.n
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.n
- Gujarati is mandatory; good English communication required.n
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel in Ahmedabad.n
- Comfortable working 6 days a week.n
