Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Ker Infotech is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records.

The Human Resources

Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns, facilitating performance review processes, and supporting learning and development initiatives. In addition, the role involves implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, coordinating payroll inputs,



and partnering with management to foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture.

Qualifications
Robust HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Proficiency in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and attendance and leave administration.
Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle employee concerns, support engagement activities, and promote a positive work environment.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including drafting, implementing, and updating policies aligned with local labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with standard office and HR software tools.
Previous experience in a technology or digital agency setting is a plus.
