EDU FUTURE Smart City, Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi – HR EXECUTIVE Position: HR Executive Location: Smart City, Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years preferred Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent Job Summary Edu Future is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with management and department heads.
Handle employee joining formalities and maintain employee records.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documentation.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR requirements.
Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
Assist in payroll-related data and monthly HR reports.
Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes.




Maintain proper HR files and confidential employee information.
Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment updates for management.

Required Skills - Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Professional attitude and robust team coordination skills.

Preferred

Candidate - MBA / PGDM – HR preferred.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage.
