Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, in office role based in Chandigarh, India, responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s HR functions. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams.

Executive will handle employee relations by addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and helping to resolve workplace issues in a qualified and fair manner. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting training and development initiatives that align with Meadbery’s culture and business goals. The individual will collaborate closely with management to foster an engaging, inclusive, and compliant work workplace.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational people initiatives.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and basic payroll or benefits coordination.
Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns, support performance discussions, and promote a positive workplace climate.
