Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and help with job descriptions and role specifications.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for current hires, including preparation of contracts, inductions, and orientation sessions.

Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring effective communication between employees and management.

Address employee grievances and assist in resolving conflicts while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Organize and manage employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to improve overall satisfaction.

Performance Management





Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and help managers evaluate employee performance.

Track employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with performance improvement plans.

Monitor employee training and development progress to enhance performance and skills.

Training & Development:

Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees based on organizational needs.

Assist in identifying skill gaps and work with department heads to ensure the continuous development of the workforce.

Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
