About the Role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Specialist to convert inbound leads into customers through timely engagement, persuasive pitching, and disciplined follow-ups. The ideal candidate excels at understanding customer needs, has robust convincing skills, can confidently conduct virtual product demos, and keeps the sales pipeline well-organized within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Qualify inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and pitch relevant products/services to convert them into customers.

Conduct virtual product demos via Google Meet to showcase value and drive conversions.

Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage and update the sales pipeline, contacts, and activities accurately in the CRM.





Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Collaborate with marketing to share lead quality feedback and improve conversion.

Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar sales role.

Excellent convincing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to confidently deliver virtual product demos via Google Meet.

Solid follow-up discipline and ability to handle objections.

Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Positive listening skills and a customer-first attitude.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
