Role Description

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations for the on-site office located in Ahmedabad. This internship role involves assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The intern will help coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.





Additional responsibilities include assisting with employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports, and providing administrative support on personnel and benefits-related queries. The role is designed to offer hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a growing technology company.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Advantages.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle understanding.
Robust organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a cooperative and professional work approach.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
