The charter for this role will include:
Identifying and building a pipeline of relevant creators across YouTube, Instagram and other platforms.
Reaching out to creators, pitching collaborations, negotiating commercials and owning the onboarding process end-to-end.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators and agencies for repeat collaborations.
Understanding the creator and their audience well enough to identify the right content angle, format and brief for each collaboration.
Working closely with creators on campaign briefs, content ideas and scripts to ensure the content feels natural to their platform and audience.
Staying on top of YouTube and Instagram trends, current creators and emerging content formats.
Tracking creator and campaign performance to understand what is working and which creators/content formats we should double down on.
Building and maintaining a structured creator database across niches, audience size, engagement, commercials and past performance.
Ideal Persona:
Someone who is comfortable negotiating,
convincing and closing with creators and can take a conversation from first outreach to a signed collaboration.
Has a valuable understanding of YouTube as a content platform — knows different content formats, angles, hooks and what tends to work with different audiences.
Has strong content sense and can look at a video and understand why it worked or why it didn't.
Someone who actively follows creators and content, rather than just using social media casually.
Comfortable talking to new people, building rapport and maintaining creator relationships over time.
Has an eye for finding current and relevant creators before they become obvious choices.
Is organised and can manage multiple creators, campaigns, timelines and follow-ups at the same time.
Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content or social media is a plus.
Experience with script writing or content ideation would be a bonus.
