Location: Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Trichy

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 3 field marketing executives.
Achieve individual (self) sales/marketing targets along with team targets.
Plan daily field activities, route mapping, and market coverage.
Ensure team productivity, discipline, and on-ground execution.
Generate leads, onboard customers, and drive business growth.
Monitor daily performance and share reports with the manager.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures when required.
Support team members through coaching and problem-solving on the field.
