Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and generating revenue within the fintech industry. The role focuses on cold calling, qualifying inbound leads, onboarding merchants, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will support merchant acquisition across the D2C ecosystem, including platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce, while ensuring a smooth customer experience and robust sales pipeline management

Key Responsibilities
Cold call prospects within the assigned market or geographic area to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Qualify and disqualify inbound leads received through various platforms in a high-volume workplace using phone-based outreach.
Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
Ensure seamless onboarding of merchants onto the Airpay platform.




Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the company's CRM or sales management system.
Build long-term client stickiness by managing more of the client's transaction processes and continuously proposing solutions aligned with their objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Prior experience in selling services and/or market research products.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with CRM tools and maintain accurate sales records.
Understanding of fintech, payment solutions, D2C businesses, or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks and drives them to completion.
