Mahalaxmi Industries is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments
Develop and improve HR policies, systems and processes
Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
Drive employee engagement, workplace culture and internal events
Support KRAs, appraisals, training and performance tracking
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Ensure HR compliance and labour-law adherence
Work closely with leadership and sales teams on manpower planning and productivity
Introduce HRMS, automation and process improvements
Candidate Profile
4+ years of HR experience
MBA in HR preferred; Finance exposure is an advantage
Manufacturing / Electrical Appliances experience preferred
Solid knowledge of HRMS, payroll and HR operations
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership coordination skills
Proactive, diligent, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure
Experience organising and anchoring employee events such as birthdays, farewells, work anniversaries and festival celebrations
