Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, leadership, and corporate functions
Partner with founders and business leaders to understand hiring requirements
Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through portals, LinkedIn, consultants and campus hiring
Handle employee onboarding, documentation and HR operations
Manage attendance, leave records, employee data and HR documentation
Drive employee engagement,



motivation and recognition initiatives
Support performance management, PIPs and employee development processes
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive workplace environment
Develop and implement HR policies and processes as the organisation grows
Work closely with leadership on people-related initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of relevant HR experience in real estate industry, preferably channel partner.
Robust experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Hands-on experience managing HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder and employee-management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, growing organisation
Experience in real estate/sales hiring will be an added advantage
