HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor employee attendance, work, leave, and overall discipline.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding daily HR activities.
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR files.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
Process monthly payroll and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs.
Prepare salary statements, payslips, and bank transfer files.
Handle full & final settlements for resigned employees.
Manage EPF and ESI compliance, including registrations, challans, ECR, UAN, KYC, and employee updates.
Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory compliances.




Coordinate with EPFO and ESIC for compliance-related matters.
Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
Prepare HR and statutory reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in HR.
Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, attendance, and employee management.
Practical knowledge of EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with EPFO and ESIC portals will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
