Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Ernakulam facility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The role will involve partnering with department heads to identify staffing needs, supporting training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive,



inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, in office position based in Ernakulam, requiring regular coordination with management and staff across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding to manage full-cycle talent acquisition.
Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a productive work setting.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation to ensure orderly and compliant HR operations.
Ability to manage payroll coordination, perks administration, and attendance tracking with attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR software, MS Office, and data reporting for effective HR analytics and record keeping.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
