Role Description The Human Resources Specialist at Nabo.E will be responsible for managing core HR processes and supporting a positive, compliant workplace. Day-to-day tasks include administering employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, and coordinating with managers on personnel matters and workforce planning.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support organizational goals.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Perks to ensure compliance and effective program administration.
Candidates should possess experience in Personnel Management to handle employee relations, performance processes, and workforce documentation.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate with employees and leadership.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in an HR specialist or generalist role is preferred.
