We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and an chance to work on live hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the TA team in meeting hiring targets and timelines.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sourcing and networking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
