The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resource operations for the dealership, ensuring effective staffing, employee engagement, performance, compliance, and workforce discipline across sales, service, spares, accounts, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and employee exits.
Maintain manpower planning and ensure timely hiring for all dealership departments.
Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, payroll inputs, incentives, and statutory records.
Implement HR policies, dealership SOPs, code of conduct, grooming standards, and workplace discipline.
Coordinate induction, product-related learning, soft-skills training, and skill-development programmes.
Manage KRAs, performance reviews, probation assessments, promotions, and performance-improvement plans.
Drive employee engagement, recognition, retention, and grievance-resolution initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, POSH requirements, safety standards, and statutory obligations.
Support department heads in handling absenteeism, misconduct, low productivity, and employee relations.
Maintain HR dashboards covering headcount, vacancies,
attrition, attendance, training, productivity, and engagement.
Coordinate with leadership, representatives, training partners, and external agencies.
Build a qualified, customer-focused and performance-driven workplace culture.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an automobile dealership, retail, service, or multi-department setting.
Working knowledge of labour laws, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
Robust communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Excel, reporting, and workforce analytics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
