We are looking for a skilled Insurance Business Analyst with expertise in AI and Agile/Scrum to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with insurance products.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, informing business decisions.
Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of recent processes.

Job Requirements
Solid understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
Experience working with insurance products and services.
