We are seeking a agile HR Manager to oversee regional HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, and statutory compliance frameworks at our Hyderabad corporate/factory operations. You will act as a strategic partner to plant management, steering human capital alignment while maintaining smooth industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle for factory workers, technical engineers, corporate executives, and managerial staff.
HR Operations & Lifecycle: Oversee employee onboarding, operational tasking setup, continuous performance evaluations, and exit tracking.
Statutory Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to Indian labor laws, industrial factory acts, employment safety regulations, and local corporate filings.
Employee Relations & Culture: Mitigate internal grievances, implement performance metrics, and foster a highly productive work setting between plant floors and office teams.
Educational Requirements
MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a highly related field.
