Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Capital Markets / Securities applications.
Work closely with business users, technology teams, product owners and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.
Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
Analyze securities trading and post-trade processes, including trade capture, processing, settlement, clearing and reconciliation.
Support requirements related to SWIFT securities messaging and ISO 15022 / ISO 20022.
Analyze system interfaces, data flows, reference/static data and downstream/upstream dependencies.
Support functional testing, SIT/UAT, defect analysis and production issue resolution.
Identify process gaps, perform impact analysis and recommend functional improvements.
Ensure requirements align with applicable regulatory, compliance and securities-processing standards.

Mandatory Skills
5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant.
Strong experience in Capital Markets / Securities IT.
Valuable understanding of SWIFT, ISO 15022 and/or ISO 20022.
Strong combination of Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis.
Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
Experience working in complex Banking / Financial Services environments.
