About the Role

We are looking for a responsible HVAC Site Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day site execution, technicians, materials and project progress across residential and commercial HVAC projects in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day HVAC work at residential, high-rise and commercial sites.
Coordinate and manage technicians and installation teams.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, measurements and project requirements.
Monitor quality, workmanship and site execution.
Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers and other contractors when required.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials reach the site on time.
Check site measurements and identify execution-related issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and skilled site practices.
Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
Identify delays, material shortages or technical issues and communicate them immediately.
Assist in resolving site-level execution problems.
Ensure completed work is properly checked before handover.
Maintain basic site records, photographs and progress updates.




Travel to different project sites across Hyderabad as required.

Preferred Candidate
0–2 years of experience in HVAC
ITI / Diploma / Engineering, background in HVAC or a related field preferred.
Valuable understanding of split AC piping, VRF/VRV, ducting and general HVAC execution.
Should be able to read and understand basic HVAC drawings.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Must be comfortable working at residential and commercial project sites.
Should have a responsible, problem-solving attitude.
Valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of site execution, not just supervise technicians.

The person should be able to visit a site, understand what needs to be done, coordinate the team and materials, identify problems and ensure the work moves forward without constant supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
