Position: Hostess

Department: F&B; Service

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth table management.
Handle guest queries and assist with complaints when required.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Ensure excellent guest service and overall dining experience.
Maintain proper grooming and qualified behavior.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
Well-groomed and confident.
Hospitality experience preferred; freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
