Manager HLM Business Development

Roles & responsibilities
Identify and develop current HLM business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with hospital management, promoters, CEOs and other key stakeholders.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable HLM operating models, business and commercial proposals.
Lead commercial negotiations and support closure of HLM contracts in line with company guidelines.
Manage the complete lifecycle of current HLM sites from initial discussion and handover to operational launch.
Conduct site assessments and coordinate infrastructure, manpower, equipment, workflow and other operational requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and hospital management to ensure timely site readiness, recruitment, equipment installation and commissioning.
Ensure required licences, registrations, SOPs, documentation, quality parameters and compliance requirements are completed before Go-Live.
Take responsibility for day-to-day HLM operations and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, TATs and quality standards.




Monitor manpower, productivity, inventory, wastage, operational costs, revenue, billing, collections and profitability of HLM sites.
Conduct regular site visits and review meetings, prepare MIS/performance reports and resolve operational or client escalations.
Lead HLM site teams, manage performance, training, grievances and manpower requirements in coordination with HR.
Identify prospects for business growth, service expansion and cost optimisation while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Life Sciences or Business Administration.
9+ years experience in HLM, diagnostics, hospital operations or healthcare business development.
Experience in hospital tie-ups, B2B healthcare sales and site setup/implementation preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and commercial skills with willingness to travel.
