Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee all HR functions at SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and MIS reports.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in HR management.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
