We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HOD – Ferro Alloy to lead and manage Ferro Alloy Furnace operations at our steel manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of Ferro Alloy Furnace operations.
Plan, monitor and control production activities to achieve production targets.
Manage 2 × 9 MVA furnace operations efficiently.
Optimize furnace process parameters and improve production efficiency.
Manage manpower, shift planning and production teams.
Monitor power consumption and control operational losses.
Ensure product quality and adherence to required quality standards.
Troubleshoot furnace and process-related issues and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Safety and other departments.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and operational standards.
Monitor raw material utilization and process performance.
Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Eligibility & Experience:
Relevant experience in Ferro Alloy / Furnace Operations.
Strong knowledge of 9 MVA furnace operations.
Proven experience in handling production teams and plant operations.
Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in Ferro Alloy production, furnace operation and process control will be preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
