This initiative is designed to provide aspiring bakers with hands-on training and valuable baking experience in a qualified commercial kitchen, guided by our team of experienced chefs, including the Executive Chef, Head Chef, and Chief Chefs.

Job Posting: Home Baker Training Program

Position: Home Baker Trainee

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: Fixed 5 hours daily

Week Off: Provided

Location: Coffee House @mount road - Teynampet

Key Features of the Program:
Hands-On Training: Participants will receive practical training in a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
Supportive Setting: Work alongside fellow home bakers in a friendly and lively atmosphere, predominantly with other women bakers to foster positive engagement and collaboration.
Expert Guidance: Learn from seasoned professionals who will share their expertise and techniques.
Certification: Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate signed by the chef, recognizing their training and skills developed during the course.
Uniforms Provided: Participants will be supplied with uniforms, gloves, and aprons to ensure a professional appearance.




Business Support: After completing the program, assistance will be provided for those interested in starting their own baking business.

Responsibilities:
Assist in various baking tasks under the guidance of chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen workspace.
Engage positively with fellow trainees and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:
Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills.
Preference will be given to women home bakers to promote a supportive community.
Ability to commit to a fixed schedule of 5 hours every day.
