Responsibilities
Manage and track software/hardware assets lifecycle
Ensure software licensing and regulatory compliance
Optimize asset usage and reduce costs
Maintain accurate asset records
Provide guidance on ITAM best practices
Formulate solution designs and implementation roadmaps for SAM
Qualifications
6 yrs of relevant experience in ITOM/ITAM
Solid experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro
Expertise in software licensing (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft)
Proficient in SAM/ITAM tools (ServiceNow, Flexera)
Solid organizational, communication, and project management skills
Preferred: CAMP, CSAM, CITAM certifications
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM, HAM
