Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior spaces for commercial and residential projects in alignment with client requirements and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing space plans, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing design presentations and mood boards. The role involves creating and reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Interior

Designer will also conduct site visits, oversee implementation,



and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture coordination to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
Experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Attention to detail, solid visual sense, and knowledge of current design trends and building codes.
Prior experience working on commercial or residential interior projects; portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
