As an HR Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers, maintain recruitment pipelines, and help ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.

What We Want You to Do?
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified IT professionals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Collaborate with the HR team for joining formalities and documentation.
Support HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, engagement activities, and policy implementation (as and when required).

Requirements
Robust understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
Eagerness to learn and grow in broader HR functions.

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
