Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day activities of Analysts in Bioanalytical Research.
Drive bioanalytical method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using LC-MS/MS.
Plan project activities, ensure effective equipment utilization, and monitor study progress.
Review analytical data, method books, raw data, SOPs, study plans, and validation documents.
Ensure compliance with GLP, safety, quality systems, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, deviations, investigations, and technical queries.
Train, guide, and develop Analysts while managing team performance, attendance, and employee concerns.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.sc
Experience : 6 Years To 12 Years
