Role Description The Interior Designer at Auro Design Studio will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and presenting interior schemes for a range of projects. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating drawings and documentation, coordinating FF&E; selections, and working closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers. The role involves regular site visits in the Pune Division to monitor progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and address on-site issues as needed.

Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, refine designs based on feedback, and support project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time,



in office role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications
Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, with strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
Working knowledge of Architecture principles and integration of interior concepts with overall building design.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
Experience in selecting and specifying FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with design intent and budget.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Competence with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Solid visual communication skills, including presentation layout, material boards, and 2D/3D representations.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective interpersonal and client communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in interior design or architectural firms, especially in residential or commercial projects, is an advantage.
