Role Description The Jr.

Motion Graphic

Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, the designer will develop motion graphics and short-form video content for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and other marketing assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, translating briefs into storyboards, creating animated elements, and ensuring all visuals align with brand guidelines. The role involves editing and optimizing video content, preparing graphics for multiple platforms,



and maintaining organized project files. The designer will also support senior team members in refining concepts, testing new visual approaches, and meeting production timelines.

Qualifications
Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
Hands-on experience with Video Production for digital and social media content.
Solid Graphic Design capabilities, including layout, typography, and brand application.
Ability to create and adapt Graphics for various formats and platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
A portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design work relevant to marketing or branding.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Robust communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
Relevant academic background in design, animation, media, or a related field is preferred.
