Department: ERP / Liner Agency Operations Support

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support the Liner Agency module within our ERP system. The role will work closely with Liner Operations, Documentation, Finance, Customer Service, and technical teams to support daily agency processes, resolve ERP issues, and ensure accurate operational and financial data.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support to users of the Liner Agency module in the ERP system.
Support processes related to import/export documentation, manifests, Bills of Lading, delivery orders, and cargo tracking.
Assist with agency billing, freight collection, local charges, disbursement accounts, vendor invoices, and customer invoices.
Investigate user-reported issues, perform initial analysis, and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
Validate data accuracy for vessel, voyage, customer, cargo, invoicing, and port-related transactions.
Prepare user guides, process documents, test cases, and functional requirement documents.
Support user acceptance testing for module enhancements, fixes, and ERP upgrades.
Assist in generating operational and financial reports for agency activities.




Train and guide end users on Liner Agency module processes and system usage.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in shipping, liner agency, freight forwarding, logistics operations, ERP support, or business analysis.
Basic understanding of liner agency operations, vessel schedules, port calls, import/export processes, and shipping documentation.
Familiarity with freight billing, local charges, customer/vendor invoicing, and financial reconciliation is preferred.
Exposure to ERP systems used in shipping or logistics operations is an advantage.
Valuable MS Excel and reporting skills.
Robust analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with a Liner Agency, NVOCC, freight forwarding, port agency, or shipping company.
Knowledge of Bills of Lading, manifests, delivery orders, container movement, demurrage, detention, and port charges.
Basic understanding of SQL, report tools, or data analysis is an added advantage.
