We are hiring experienced Video KYC (VKYC) Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for conducting customer verification through video calls, validating customer information and documents, and ensuring compliance with company VKYC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification for customers through video calls.
Verify customer identity, personal information, and supporting documents as per company guidelines.
Interact with customers professionally and confidently during video verification.
Ensure accurate completion of the VKYC process within the required turnaround time.
Follow company policies, KYC procedures, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
Handle customer queries related to the verification process.
Escalate discrepancies or verification issues to the concerned team.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory.
Prior experience in Video KYC (VKYC) is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and qualified personality.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to work in a target-driven and process-oriented workplace.
