1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Lead Generation / Business Development.
Solid understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
Experience working with US clients, staffing firms, vendors, or direct clients.
Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, email marketing, and lead-generation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to research and identify decision-makers and potential clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Comfortable working in US time zones / night shifts.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
